San Antonio, TX - my security deposit is held by the land lord saying that they collected less lease breakage amount. I paid whatever the amount they asked for before getting out of the apartment. Now, they say that I have to pay them more in return because they have found that they collected less amount from me. This is not sounding right to me. What should be my next step. It has been 75 days since my move out and they are supposed to return it in 30 days after i move out. Please advise.
? Can they collect more amount after moving out ?
