we have a small general store and the landlord has informed us that he will not be renewing our lease which runs out in 4 years time.He said he will be squashing the house and shop and building flats and houses in its place, is there anything we are aloud to do to get our money back for what we have payed for the shop. He says he doesnt have to give us the money because he doesnt want us to leave until the lease has expired PLEASE HELP we dont want to loose all that money we have invested! =[
