we just got served papers that our business offices landlord is in forclosure and that we are supposed to make future rent payments to the bank. the landlord called me and told me he has time to correct the situation and the building has not sold and to make payments to him. I'm now confused what to do and who to pay!
landlord got forclosed on, we got notice to make payments to bank, who do we pay?
