I am trying to purchase a new home. My morgage company needs a VOR (Verification of Rent) filled out by my landlord. I have been 1-10 days late 3 times, but the VOR asks for 30 day late. The landlord has marked my 1 day late as 30+ days late on the VOR and will not change it. Is there in legal action I can take in Idaho to force him to change this?
I have all my stubs and cancelled checks. this landlord has been a reall "joy" to rent from and that is why I am trying to buy. it is interesting to hear "pearlmar" response because that is the same answer this slum lord gave. Are you a slum lord??
