Lan to cellphone connection

Hi,
Iam a newbie here. :) I wanna know whether there is an way of connecting a cell phone to my PC and browsing the internet. :blush: I have a LAN connection at my work place. Is there a way that i can use this LAN connection and browse the net using my cellphone and a PC other than my work place? I would also like to know what kind of phone i should buy. I would go for anything less than 10K. :cool:
