Lamp producing 100 degrees?

For my science fair project, i have to test the rate at which candles burn under different temperatures. Is there a product, most likely a lamp, that i can shine over the lit candle, in order to produce 100 degree conditions. I know about heat lamps, but they're around 100$. Id like to stay below 40$
