Ladies--If a guy on the internet tatted your name on his arm what would you think?

A guy you've never met, just talked to a lot over the internet, for say, a year or so........If he tatted your name on his forearm what would you think?
I'm not considering any tattoos btw, this is about some guy my exgf is talking to.
i can't adequately express how i feel towards this guy.
scalding caramel and a rubber hose sounds adequate actually...
