HI LADIES 
I really need your help in picking out an outfit for my bday dinner. I'll be 24, my style is simple and (as you can see) feminine. I'd really appreciate your opinions, thanks I'm deciding whether I should wear outfit 2 for dinner then outfit 2 afterwards to the bar/club. I was thinking about outfit 3 for afterwards also but not sure...short is a little "too long" for a birthday lol Also, I don't know if I should just wear outfit 2 the whole night (i'm a bit self conscious now knowing that outfit 1 is a tunic...thought it was a dress but it's not too short or skanky looking). Another thing: it has to be something GREAT bc it's my bday but don't wanna overdress or be "too 21" I also need help w. hair makeup. I have black hair, olive beige skin, and brown eyes - i was thinking of a purple smokey eye, dark pinkish red blush...with lips...i found a red lipstick for my skin tone but not sure if that's "too much".
