What kind of foods contain a nutrients that will help regenerate the glucose that have been used up during practice also the large amount of lactic acid that have been used up.
Secondly,just got done with 1 600, 3 150's and 3 300's with 3-6 minutes break between each workout. What else can I also do to improve my performance in these workouts
