I go through phases where I'm totally pumped to go to the gym, and then other times much like now, where I know I should go, but I'm just not motivated. I'm currently losing weight just as it is, which is awesome, but I have senior pictures coming up sooner or later this summer and I would really like to lose that one little chunk on my stomach and tone up my arms. With my lack of motivation to go the gym, I figured I could do some exercises at home to help me along with this. I have one of those gold's gym balls and I sit on it whenever I'm on the computer or just watching tv. I was wondering if there were any excercises I could do with the ball to help tone up my stomach as well as my arms. Anything else without the ball is perfectly fine as well!
