I have been with Virgin Media for almost 3 years now, and so far have been reasonably happy with it. However, I have noticed that the info button on the remote control is nothing like as detailed as it was when I first joined. For example, when watching a film either on regular TV or Turner Classic movies or any film channel, you only get a very brief description about the story line. I remember it used to give all ther details about the film, all the main Actors, plus the Year it was made, and in depth view of the story line - can anyone tell me why this has suddenly been removed. The people at Virgin Customer Services know absolutely nothing, and one so called Customer Service ''Professional'' even suggested I Googled the film after watching it !!
