Ok. So I got in trouble at work and I got suspended. I have some understanding of employment law but not specifically on this matter. So yesterday I was scheduled to work an 8 hour shift. but when I got to work my manager told me he was suspending me... He didnt give me a timeline... My first question is, since i was scheduled to work do they still have to pay me 4 hours eventhough i was only there for about 5 minutes? Also, I am scheduled to work 3 days, but now im suspended. Should I get paid for those days? Whats the process?
