My job is requesting that we take our breaks based on a schedules they have created. There are 3 of us in my dept. The company is asking us to choose from three times for our morning break, lunch & afternoon break so it would be no longer our choice when we want to take a break it would be based on a set schedule so they know when we will be available to them. Does this comply with labor laws ? What do you think of this?
