label says "cook from frozen" but i kept it refrigerated?

it's a chicken satay stirfry and it says "cook from frozen"
but i didn't see this before and i kept it in the fridge
can i still eat it?

it has been in my fridge for 2 days and the chicken is precooked i think being as it only takes 5 minutes in the frying pan :)
