The study shows loss of lordosis .
Minor marginal osteophytes arising from L 3 to L 5 vertebrae .



L 5 - S 1 intervertebral disc shows desiccation changes, diffuse circumferential bulge and left

focal paracentral protrusion causing indentation of thecal sac . There is severe central canal,

left lateral recess and bilateral neural foraminal compramise noted .



Pedicles, laminae and spinous processes are normal .



Facet joints are normal .



No evidence of ligamentum flavum thickening seen .



Conus and cauda are normal .



Both sacro - iliac joints are normal .



Pre and paravertebral soft tissues are normal .



Screening of hip joint reveals no significant abnormality .



Incidentally detected retrovertebral uterus
