Hi all, I have been a cervical and thoracic patient. Recently I've been having problems with legs so PM did MRI. In a nutshell I have bulged L4, and L5 and S1 nerve root displacement from herniated discs. I have almost zero back pain, my hips hurt, front of legs, knees and shins into my feet/middle toes and bottom of foot. I have cramps on calves that is mostly the only thing that hurts on my backside other than stiffness.Neurological exam ok other than some areas of reduced feeling.
My question to you lurabar experts: is nerve displacement a thing to worry about in lurabar? My ortho consult isn't for another month, but not looking to do surgery just for opinion. My inclination is to proceed getting on the schedule for an epidural as PM recommended (when they do one on my thoracic they said they could do the lurabar same time). Second question: have any of you done two spine areas on same day? Any advice?
Finally last question should I request EMG? Haha yeah I actually said that.
Thanks! NP
