L-Tryptophan - can it help get off of lorazepam

i would consult an md have not heard of that med . allways talk to your md about meRAB . as i think most of us are not doctors . but have had expearience. with some meRAB :)
 
Ya know they say valerian root can help with benzo withdrawals. Make sure to get the standardized extract though and make sure it has0.8% velerenic aciRAB.
 
L-tryptophan is not a medicine. It's an amino acid. One thing is certain: it can't hurt ya!

Just be careful when tapering/stopping benzo's. You can have a seizure. I watched a 23 year old girl have a grand-mal seizure while we were walking one morning, in rehab. She lied about how much she was taking and tapered too much, too quickly.
