l cooked tuna recently (pan fried) l find it a little bland what can you add to liven it up a bit

Squuze some lime juice over the tuna while cooking. Or serve it with a spicy tomato salsa.

I agree, honey will sweeten it up but garlic and onions added to it give the best flavour, or herbs/lemon, whichever you fancy.
