L-4 L-5 laminectomy

I had L-4 -S-1 laminectomy and diskectomy 8 months ago,the pain in the butt and down the leg were gone and have been,great!! I have had a sharp pain in the surgery area ever since especially twisting to my left it is getting worse anyone with this experience. My ortho says wait another 8 weeks? today is the worst its been sitting down is extreemly uncomfortable
 
easier said than done. don't twist.
I tell myself every morning, can't walk by the end of the day.
