Kyoto: Is there a bicycle parking and public restroom map?

Does anyoen know if I can find a bicycle parking map anywhere? I like to rent a bike but concern about the parking situation while i'm going to temple and all different area.

What's about restroom situation? Is there public restroom in tourist spot or temple? Thank you.
