KRZR K1m Not Receiving Incoming Calls

I have a Cricket-hacked Fire Red KRZR K1m from Verizon that is able to receive SMS and MMS messages and make phone calls without incident. However, it will NOT receive incoming calls for anything.

Could someone please confirm the proper CDMA, AMPS, and System settings from QPST? Also, I have the Slot Cycle Index set to 1 but I can change it back to 2 at any time.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
 
obviously you need a new FIRE K1m!!! DUH!! j/k did you check the call restrictions under the security menu? I've been seeing that in my stores a lot lately for some reason. If it's placing calls, then I bet either it's that or your account is jacked in the switch, maybe ask cricket to refresh your account in the switch?
