Koodo to Rogers. Making the switch.?

I have been on a Koodo cell phone plan for around 10 months (July or August 2009) with the $25 unlimited text and 100 minutes plan on my LG Keybo. To tell you the truth, I hate the Keybo and Koodo, so I want to switch to Rogers and hopefully (crossing my fingers) get the iPhone 4g within the next few months. So I am wondering what the steps would be to do so (pay off the remaining tab, etc. and how much I would have to pay)
