koi fish all staying at the bottom of the pond, except for one?

I have 6 koi or kio lol always forget the spelling. I bought them a few days ago and they always stay at the bottom of the pond. Except for one who I bought 2 days ago.

He always swims at the top, with his nose out of the water, then sometimes acts like a dolphin bobbing his head out of the water.

Why is this?
