kodakeasyshareCX7530 "digicam's" flash is no longer working.?

the flash is not working and I am having problems with re-charging after market battery packs using the kodak easy share dock6000.

Do you know of a dependable,trusted service center in Manila, Philippines or anywhere in the Philippines?
