Kodak M340 Easyshare is making weird noises when it records?

Whenever I record a video with my Kodak Easyshare digital camera, it makes this electric kind of noise. its annoying and you can hear it on the video! I found this youtube clip that demonstrates my EXACT problem. Click the link to watch.
