Know anything about Honda 1980 ct70 trail bike?

I saw an ad on craigslist for a 1980 ct70 trail bike. The says runs great and want 300 bucks or a gas rc car. I have one that i would trade hime and i need to know a little about these first.
1) Is this worth it?
2)How fast do these babys go?
3)are they hard to maintain?
4)Is this a good starter bike for teen?
5) Is it hard to worK?

Thanks i know nothing and it sounds good to me though.
 
they arnt the best bike in the world, weird style and problems with the clutch are common, not a good starter bike, slow and heavy.
