Know any sad violin solo pieces?

I'm a good violinist and can handle hard pieces as well so don't be afraid to throw those at me. In fact I encourage and request those. I want something that has meaning, that's sad, that's a masterpiece. Something that puts a tear in the eye and really touches the soul. I'm looking for brilliance. A sorrowful violin piece that is a SOLO piece. All I see are orchestra pieces or accompaniments by piano or such. Anyways, back to what I was saying. Something to be perhaps played at a funeral or appropriate for such. Like a gypsy playing a sad song or a humble traveling violinist- i don't know. but I think you get what I'm saying. Sad, touching, beautiful, SOLO violin piece.
