On the right side of my right knee, when I bend it and I just happened to have my hand on the knee,I feel alot of movement, also can hear it when at home where its quiet. I know theirs are alot of ligments, tendons, bones, etc moving around and some of this is normal, but Its concerning my because it seems excessive, thiers NO pain, just concerned over time could be a problem, maybe its and alignment issue in the leg of feet. I have a doctors appt coming around in october, and of couse I'll tell him about this. Just wondered if anyone has heard of this.

The sound you're hearing maybe from osteoarthritis, the medical term for the noise is crepitus.

The fact that it's painless is a good sign, some noise or "popping" sensations in or around joints is normal.
