Hi there im having problems with my left knee about 7 or 8 years ago i was lying down on my back and one of my frienRAB grabed my foot and twisted me right around on to my stomach causing me to twist my knee very badly ever since im in discomfort with my knee it pains me but ive got used to it but when im walking hard or running my knee clicks ,i was wondering what it may be and what would need to be done now to fix it i would be very gratefull if somebody could help me out with this many thanks phil
