I am 19years old and I am a recruiter in the army and they gave me a training programm to get me started before I start basic training , and yesterday I had to do some sprints but when I returned home I felt this sharp pain in my knee and this morning it is swelled up 1cm from the other one . I could hardly get down the stairs , in the past I suffered from pain in my knees and when I went to a knee professor he said that I have chrondomalacia and gave me seven seas fish oil , the army doesn't know about it , if they did I would be discharged .
I am going to start basic training in 3 days if I do no exercise Will the pain go away ? Coz I can't do any training with this pain.
