Knee bruise forming after starting to run again, 1.5 yr post-op?

Hi, I recently started training again on a cardo level. Mainly running on a tredmill with some biking in between runs. I have noticed a bruise forming on the inside of my knee, right at the joint. I am 1.5 yrs post op for an ACL, MCL and meniscus surgery. My knee doesn't hurt or anything but want to make sure I don't re-injure. Thanks
