Kitten is complaining! (Angora/Persian 3months old) What can he want?

I wonder if it's not milk. The ppl who sold us the kitten said we shouldn't give him any as it's not good for him (to me it seems nonsense).

Anyone knows what probably does he want and if it's milk/mum-cat, what to do so he chills out? I've done everything so he's happy - and I always manage. But somehow he keeps looking at me and meowing as if I know wtf he wanted!

Kittens meow all the time, whether they need something or not.

Do NOT give it milk, this will give him diarrhea which, in a kitten is VERY bad.

Give him attention and make sure he has enough food. He'll still cry, but remember, he's a baby.
