Kiso-Suzuki G-100 by Suzuki Violin Co to learn on?

I am looking at learning the guitar and know someone who is selling a Kiso-suzuki G-100 made by Suzuki Violin Co ? for $95 (aust) I cannot really find any info on the net, does anyone know if this is an ok guitar to learn on. Thanks.
