Kinroad xt-50 Sport OR Skyteam ST50?

So I'm coming up to 16 and I've been doing a lot of searching around for mopeds.
Could anybody tell me their experiences/opinions on the ''Kinroad xt-50 Sport'' or the ''Skyteam ST50''?
Or, could anybody suggest me any better bikes? (not scooters) My max budget is around £1200.

Oh, and I want them on the road.
