Alright, well my phone has actual software problems...
Not hardware problems.
But the cover and front was scratched up really badly and obviously on purpose by my malicious friend. Like there are initials and stuff carved around the touch screen, but not on it, and this was done about 4 months ago. And it just recently stopped working.
Do you think I would be allowed to replace it for the no money, or do you think they would charge my my deductible (50$) that they normally charge me for hardware problems, though it's actually a software problem?
BTW reloading the software doesn't fix it.
Also, just if your curious the problems with my Samsung Glyde U940 are as following:
No sound coming out
Keyboard sometimes puts the wrong letters than I press on keypad
Randomly shuts off
Occasionally shows a new unread message in the inbox, even when I've read them all.
