kill bill vol2

Well very few things are :p. It's not quite as violent as the first one, in which at least one scene had to be done in anime because it was that bad, but it's still what you'd expect from Tarantino. Quite a few horrible, horrible scenes, but they work in the context of the movie. It ties things up quite nicely, and makes sure those who missed the first one are kept in the loop as well. Highly violent, but it all works in the context of the movie, rather than being gratuitious.

So recommended then, if you were asking (which you probably weren't).

No idea about a DVD release btw, but you don't tend to get early releases unless a movie really hasn't done that well. That ain't gonna happen in this case, and Vol 1 is just out on DVD.

There's not long been a Kill Bill: Vol 2 thread. Have a search if you're interested.

10th of August 2004 is the region 1 release date, so I'm sure it won't be too long after that over here, but I'm not sure. Features of the 2-disc US set will include:

* 2.35:1 anamorphic widescreen
* English DD5.1 & DTS 5.1 Surround
* French language track
* English, French, Spanish, Traditional Chinese, Korean and Japanese subtitles
* The Making of Kill Bill Volume 2 - A behind the scenes program featuring writer/director Quentin Tarantino, the filmmakers and cast. With interviews, comments and on-set visits
* Kill Bill Volume 2 Premiere - The premiere party for the film includes a Chin Gon performance
* Deleted Scene - A never-before-seen deleted scene

i thort that Kill Bill2 was the biggest disappointment ever! "the mother of all endings" my arse! and the worst part was my friend tapped me on the shoulder, so i turned around jst as the bride killed bill wid that 5 touch thingy! i thort the storyline was pretty pointless aswell, but soo mnay ppl argue against it because "quentin tarantino" made it, and so the directing HAS to b brilliant, but i dont even thinnk mnay people even undastood his directing, they just said it to sound brainy!
