Am i ok to have this person as a friend on facebook?
Im fully aware that kids aren't meant to have staff from there school as friends on facebook. but this particular person is slightly different, for example shes a family friend who we lost contact with. She now leads a group i go to which is nothing to do with school and everyone has each other as a friend on it. She has known me since i was about 4 years old and im now 15. I know her by her first name not like miss whatever because that's how i grew up to know her. We are facebook friends but shes now got a job at my school so really its like having a staff on my facebook but not if that makes sense. Shes not a teacher there but she does work there. The headteacher at school made it clear that no students and staff can be friends on social networking sites. My mum says its fine. What do you think?
