I am the custodial parent of 2 great kids, 13 and 11. They live with me full-time and see their dad every other weekend and that is it!! He is allowed to see them 2 days during the week but this never happens and has continuously missed Father's Day with them for the past 2 years; as he went out of town with his girlfriend during this time. The kids miss seeing him and want to see him more but he says he is too busy with work all the time!! It's a very sad situation, because I am pretty much raising these kids on my own, he never shows up for anything school related and basically has no interest in their school work.
We communicate through texts only.. He picked the kids up for his weekend and I tried to text to figure out the next weeks schedule; as I am taking them out of town, and he had my number blocked! Tried calling and my number is blocked! So basically I have no communication whatsoever with my kids till he brings them back, which is in like 4 days!
Is this grounds for filing a police report?? The divorce agreement clearly states that there should be free and open phone conversations between me and my children..now I have nothing!! and cant even call them to see how they are.. or they won't be able to call me. This is the major line of communication between us and now it's gone!
