Kidney? Liver? Please help me trouble-shoot

So, recently when I breathe in I have pain in my mid-lower right back. What can this be? Back-liver? Kidney? I've also been constipated for about a week. Is this related? Any help would be appreciated. I had a similar feeling last year, but an Abdominal and Pelvic MRI with contrast revealed nothing. Please share your opinion.
 
Yes, back pain can be related to your constipation. A week is too long to go without a bowel movement. There are many good over the counter bowel medicines, you can ask your pharmacist or doctor for a recommendation.

After you take care of your constipation, you need to get on a good bowel program to prevent it in the future. Drink lots of fluids and increase your fiber. Make sure you're getting enough exercise.
 
Try using Miralax then. That should help you without any issues. You can get it at Target, Walmart, Costco...and there are now their own generics of it.
