KFC and Peanut Butter contaminated?

I'm having stomach problems after I ate KFC last night. My friend also had KFC a few weeks ago and had to go to the hospital because of severe food poisioning. I also had a peanut butter sandwich and I heard that the FDA advises that we are not to eat peanut butter. So, I have no idea what is making me so sick. Did anyone hear about KFC problems yet?
I live in the Chicago area.
 
Hey I would like to know too. I live in Buffalo, New York area. I have eaten peanutt butter and jelly sandwiches a few times last week. I am not gonna eat peanut butter till I know it's safe to eat it.
 
No haven't heard anything on KFC but most likely it's the KFC since you both were sick. As the peanut butter goes it's getting worse everyday here's a link for that. I have known several people to get sick off of nutterbutter cookies and peanutbutter crackers so becarefull with anything with peanutbutter in it...

You can eat peanut butter, just not peanut butter products. Meaning you can make yourself a PB&J sandwich with regular jar peanut butter, but don't buy that package of Nutter Butters.

I would vote for KFC being the problem if your friend also had a problem with it.
