So the screen o my 550u is completely broken. I have many business contacts on the phone that I can not afford to lose. I know there is a way to backup the contacts list online, but I do not have the software installed. I brought the phone into the Verizon store to see if they could retrive them. They were unsuccessful (big surprise). They were unable to connect to the phone because the jack had gotten damaged (if a charger still connects does that mean they should be able to retrieve them?)
To try and save my contacts I need to download and backup he list blindly. Does anyone happen to know the key strokes from the "OK (main)" menu page? For instance: hitting Ok --> 2 left -->5 gets me to the "Tools on the Go" screen from there on I I am lost
