...if you flashed your phone, you need to used testpoint procedure (cut way). Which way you cutted? Verify if working or not menu keys Left-Right-Up-Down. If not working you need to repair the common keys way to CPU pin KP6.

I did the test point, and I flashed the phone with full flash (a70-4mb-221d-ff) phone on ok menu key and key confirms not work on other key work

Post the log file from the flashing phone with "A70_4MB_221D_FF.bin" fullflash, because I'm not sure to you have 4MB flash inside....
