Kenwood system for my 04 Dodge Ram 2D (advice or opinions!)?

I'm thinking about putting in 1 Kenwood KFC-W3012 (12" sub maxed out at 1200W) in a Ground Shaker EST112 enclosed box (skeptical on whether an enclosed or slotted box will have better performance) with the Kenwood KAC-8105D amp (1000W Class D Mono-block) connected with Sound-Storm SWK4 (4 gauge). The main thing I'm concerned is the box fitting and the amp not being strong enough for the sub, so any advice? Altogether costing just under $300

Or if anyone can think of a better setup that will give me more bang for my buck, just close to $300 would be nice.
