Kenmore dryer doesn't dry clothes?

Kenmore Heavy Duty 70 Series dryer does not do anything when you turn the knob to anything that says drying but if you turn it just past drying to where it says cooling it starts running.
 
Your turn nob is off set. you need to remove it and reset it in the groove. take it off and then look at the groove in the center of the ring. line it up to the male line on the receiver and your good to go.
