If an insured motorcycle is stolen, insurance companies will pay you based on how much it was worth the day it was stolen of of kelly blue book right? Lets say the bike that was stolen isnt listed on KBB yet? (kawasaki ninja 300) where and how would they base the price?

just a hypothetical question, nothing was stolen.
But im just curious since my bike isnt listed on KBB yet so I was just curious how insurance companies would give a reasonable price.
