Keeping my rabbit outdoors?

I'll be rescuing my first rabbit soon. He's a male dwarf, neutered and under a year old. If i keep him inside then i can only keep him in a 4 ft by 2ft cage. If i could keep him outside then he could have a 2 level hutch, a 6ft by 4 ft in fact. The only problem is the climate. I live in dubai, where summers are about 45 degrees C. Winters are pleasant though, about 20 degrees C.
Here are my questions -
Is it okay, to have him in the hutch during Winters and then change him to the indoor cage during summers?
Or will this make him stressed?
Also, is it okay to keep only one rabbit outdoors?
Won't he get bored, even if i provide him with lots of toys?
What are some ways in which i can keep the hutch cool?
And finally, how do i prevent cats scaring the rabbit?

I'm no vet or no expert but a friend of mine owns a rabbit and she's had her for quite a long time. She keeps her in a cage outside about the same size and lets her out periodically. I don't know what she does when the weathers too hot though. When it comes to cats her rabbit also chases them which I found quite funny never heard of that before hahaha Any who if you can't find the information you need on here you should search online to see if you can find any info or answers to your questions. =)
