Keeping my head straight

Ok, this might be a really durab and weird question but I really need some advice. I've been sitting at my computer with "bad posture" for many years. Since I'm used to looking down all the time, my neck kinda got stuck this way and I can't tell where my normal resting position is supposed to be. If I try to lift my chin up, it feels unnatural and I'm not sure how high or low my chin is supposed to be.

How do I find the correct neutral position for my head and neck?

Not a durab question at all. Good posture improves muscle and joint health.

Find a flat wall or door, with no moldings. Put your back to it. Make sure that your heels, your behind, your upper back, and your head are all touching it. There should be space between the wall and your lower back. Relax your shoulders and make sure they aren't hunched around your ears. Your neck should curve gently, so it makes a slight C shape facing toward the wall.

That is correct posture.
