Keep my 2002 Ford Escape?

So here is my problem. I have a 2002 Ford Escape that just passed 90,000 miles. I just replaced a coil because the engine was sputtering. That problem fixed. Engine wouldn't stay running, so I had the throttle positioning sensor. That problem was also fixed. Now I also need to fix a couple of other parts (Wheel bearing, and axle) which I can replace, but the real question is this:

Is it worth fixing? I have about 14 payments remaining. Being a finance major, my brain tells me to keep my car. But the real question is how much is about to go wrong or could go wrong in the next year. I could get a new car that's good on gas, instead of the 16-17mpg I currently get. Suggestions? The more the better!!!
