Kawasaki ninja650r vs. Suzuki SV650s?

Hello, I'm debating my next motorcycle between these two. I really can't decide. I currently ride a ninja 250 for a year now, but I need something better for the freeway and long trips. Personally, I like both of them a lot. the SV is better in performance but hard to find with full fairings, while the ninja just looks awesome and almost identical in performance. The older <03 SV's are cheaper but not very pretty.

1) In YOUR opinion, what would you prefer and WHY? (easier to maintain, better mpg, gets more attention, gets less attention, etc.)

2) How much does full fairings help at freeway speed vs. no fairings?

hands down 650r. the mileage is about the same on the two depending on how you drive it really! the benefit with the 650r is it has more low end torque making it a lot easier to drive in the city, using your hand/wrists a lot less on the clutch lever! Also, the seat on the 650r is lower than the SV's which if you're on the shorter size (im 5'10 and find it perfect height) helps! and the suspension on the 650r is a little different than whats on the SV which from my experience is a more comfortable ride. plus the styling of the SV doesn't come close to the 650r!
