Well ive been suffering from anxiety and dont want to be put on a pharma. and before i really get into kava, i just want to know if it causes constipation? My friend gave me a bottle of kava kava root extract that you mix with a small amount of water, he told me that is was safer than the tea bags because there is less of a chance of leafs and stems being used. Just seeing if anyone knows. Thanks.
